  • Domestic Shipping (Within India):

    • Free shipping on all orders above ₹550.

    • For orders below ₹550, a shipping fee will be charged based on the location.

  • International Shipping:

    • Shipping charges will vary based on the destination country and the weight of the package. Charges will be calculated at checkout.

    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders: 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • International Orders: 10-15 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and any unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order on our website or directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
